To qualify as being a ‘Regular Hirer’, hirers must book the hall for a minimum of 4 bookings. They are many benefits of becoming one of our regular hirers at Benenden Village Hall:
- Discounted hire charges
- Use of equipment at no additional charge (sound system, projector & screen)
- Flexible booking with no charge for cancellations
- Free storage (subject to availability)
- Bookings invoiced monthly (in arrears)
- Clubs, classes & events promoted on website, bookings calendar & social media
As part of the agreement to offer discounted rates to regular hirers, it is accepted that there may be occasions when the hall is unavailable and it may be necessary for bookings to be amended, moved or cancelled.
