To qualify for the discounted rate, hirers must book the hall for a minimum of 4 bookings. As part of the agreement to offer discounted rates it is accepted that there may be occasions when the hall is unavailable and it may be necessary for bookings to be amended, moved or cancelled. Please note that there will be no increase in hire charges for the 2026 / 2027 year.
Hire Charges with Effect from 1st April 2026
Please note that the hall may be hired in increments of 15 minutes (minimum 1 hour booking) and booking times should include any time required for setting up for an event and clearing away afterwards. Regular bookings are required to have a minimum of 15-minutes between them.

Entire Venue £21.00 per hour, £210.00 per dayIf your event needs extra space or is likely to be disturbed (or vice versa) by an event in the other hall, it is recommended that both halls are booked. The small hall / meeting room is often used for setting up a buffet and drinks at parties and can be linked to the main hall by a set of double doors. Hiring the entire venue also ensures exclusive use of the building / facilities including the well equipped kitchen and toilets. Please note that exclusive use of the car park cannot be guaranteed. Hire of the entire venue is recommended for parties. Use of the changing rooms is available by arrangement when hiring the entire venue.

Main Hall only (including stage and shared access to kitchen, toilets & car park) £17.00 per hourThe large Main Hall contains the stage equipped with sound system and lighting. There is access to the communal kitchen from the main hall together with a serving hatch. There are glass doors facing a grassy area to the rear of the building. There are ample tables and chairs which hirers are welcome to use for their event at no extra charge. Access to the kitchen & toilets will be shared with any other hirers.

Small Hall / Meeting Room only (including shared access to kitchen, toilets & car park) £13.50 per hourThe Small Hall / Meeting Room has windows facing the green at the front of the building and is ideal for meetings or small classes. There is access to the communal kitchen together with a serving hatch. There are ample tables and chairs which hirers are welcome to use for their event at no extra charge. Access to the kitchen & toilets will be shared with any other hirers.

Recreation Field (including changing rooms, toilets, car park) £50.00 / £35.00 per session (adults / juniors)The recreation field adjacent to the village hall is available to hire for sporing events and includes use of the car park.
Changing Rooms
The two changing rooms with electric showers and adjacent toilets, are located in the corridor to the rear of the main hall stage. There is direct access onto either side of the stage from the changing room area. The changing rooms also have separate access for use by persons using the recreation field.
The changing rooms are available to use by arrangement when hiring the entire venue.

Payment / Deposits
Regular hirers are invoiced on a monthly basis for the previous month’s bookings. Invoices sent to regular hirers are required to be paid in full within one month of the invoice date.
