Join Ruth for an extra special 2 hour pregnancy yoga workshop on Sunday 24th November.
A slow and flowing yoga practice to help mobilise, make space in the body and gently energise. Poses to help strengthen the body and prepare for active birth. Stretches to address niggles such as achy lower back and hips. Breathing techniques for relaxation and pain relief. Visualisation to help you connect to your body
and your growing baby at this special time.
You will finish the practice with yoga nidra so expect to leave totally blissed out and ready to roll into your bed!
The practice is suitable for all from 12 weeks of pregnancy.
No previous yoga experience required. Lots of comfy props and modifications to suit all. .
Ruth has been teaching pre and post natal yoga to private clients for several years now and she is really excited to share this beautiful practice in a nurturing and supportive group session. She is looking forward to meeting other mums-to-be and share this amazing journey.
